A. Sales Executive/Representative

Job Summary:

Medical device /equipment sales representatives are responsible for selling medical products, equipment, and services to hospitals, health systems, doctors' offices, and clinics etc.

Duties & responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Cold call and visit prospects on location
• Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators
• Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
• Build relationships with hospital staff
• Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices
• Provide product demonstrations and support
• Place replenishment orders at existing accounts
• Maximize profits by upselling and cross selling additional products
• Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
• Collect, analyse, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas as per given Target. Driving incremental revenue through successful sales activities.
• Develop new and grow existing relationships with clinical staff, nurses, and physicians; leverage customer relationships to increase sales revenue in territory.

Eligibility :

Graduate in any discipline. Biomedical background is preferable. Minimum Sales experience in Medical Device / Equipment mainly in ICU related of 1 to 2 Years (Proven track record in medical device sales).

B. Sales Executive/Representative ( Trainee )

Job Summary:

: Fresh Graduate in any discipline. Science /Diploma Engineering/ Biomedical background is preferable.

Location : Kolkata.

C. Sales Engineer ( Kolkata and Siliguri )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Determine potential business growth opportunities at Hospitals, Clinics, and Nursing Homes.
• Develop good relationship with the customers and partners.
• Implement new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
• Provide customer satisfaction through negotiation.
• Implement operational changes with proper planning and strategy.
• Understand the need and preference of the customer and ensure that they are fulfilled.
• Meeting the customers and brief them with the policies and procedures of the company.
• Develop new business strategies according to the law and legal procedures.

Eligibility :

• Diploma / Bachelor in Biomedical/Electronics/Electrical/Telecom/Mechanical Engineering.
• Graduates with relevant related experience will also be considered.
• 2 to 3 years of experience of sales and marketing in relevant business is preferred.
• Fresh engineering graduates with flair for sales/marketing will also be considered.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Travel within the allocated areas.
• Excellent time Management skills.
